Ministries Of the Church
We have lots going on at the Abbotsford Church of the Nazarene. There is a place for you to get connected and a place for you to serve (and in some cases, do both!). If you see something you would like to join, be involved in, or even start, give us a call at the church office or email us.
KIDZ ZONE
Every Sunday just before the service, children from ages 3 to 10 participate in crafts, games, songs, and biblical teaching.
FUEL 4 FIRE
This is our ministry to youth (12-18) and they meet every Wednesday throughout the school year for a time to connect, build relationships, engage the Word of God, and gather in small groups. There are lots of events and retreats throughout the year as well. More info can be found at www.fuel4fire.com.
MULTI-GENERATIONAL SMALL GROUPS
Just what it sounds like...small groups of people ranging in age from just graduated high school to great grandparents. Two groups meet on Tuesday nights, and one group meets on Wednesday nights. We hear what’s going on in each other’s lives, spend time in Scripture, pray for one another, and enjoy good food together. Contact us if you want more information.
PRIME TIMERS
From coffee at McDonald’s the first Friday of every month, to carpet bowling, to out trips, to meals and guest speakers, there’s always something going on with our 55+ group so be sure to get involved!
GOOD SAMARITAN OUTREACH
Our church partners with other local churches in providing food, clothing, resources, and relationships with those who are homeless or struggling financially. There’s lots of ways to participate so contact us if you want more information about how to get involved.
