Welcome to our pre-service registration portal.
We are now able to hold indoor Worship Services for up to 50 people, providing that we have a Health & Safety Plan in place and ALL participants pre-register BEFORE arriving at the Church.
Our Pre-Registration system works like buying tickets to an event, like a concert. There are only a limited number of “tickets” or spaces available for the Sanctuary each week. We also have over-flow tickets available for seats in the Gym, if you prefer or if the sanctuary is full. Each Sunday at 1pm tickets for the next weeks Service will become available and can be claimed anytime during the week leading up to that Sunday’s Service. This means you will have to come here to abbynaz.com every week to get your tickets for that Sundays Service. Of course the tickets do not cost anything and you will not be asked for personal or financial information.
You can either get tickets for yourself or one person can get tickets for all the people riding together in the same car. For example, if there are four people carpooling together only one of those four people can get tickets for everyone in the car. Children must also have their own ticket. You will need to list the other people in your party and their contact info where it asks below. There must be one name for each space requested.
Update: We’ve made some adjustments to the form since the first Sunday. Select how many spaces you would like from either the Sanctuary, Gym and/or Helper. Enter a name and email or phone number for each space requested. If you requested a helper space then please indicate in the comments what/who that is for. Thank you for your patience while we figure out how best to work this registration.
Helper tickets are for those who have been specifically asked to help during the service. Please only request those spaces if you have been asked to do so.
Attention: By confirming your registration you are agreeing to follow the guidelines of the Provincial Health Office as outlined by signage in the Church building and the Abbotsford Church of the Nazarene’s Health & Safety Plan (updated, June 2021). Click here to view it.
Bookings are closed for this event.
